Regulating visceral fat through gut microbiota (2)

2025-01-22

F1-7 improves and regulates metabolic evaluation of glucose metabolism in vitro.

As shown in the figure: F1-7 and YZX21 increased GLP-1, promoting insulin secretion from pancreatic β-cells and reducing glucagon secretion from pancreatic α-cells, thereby accelerating glucose metabolism.

F1-7 and YZX21 increased PYY (peptide YY), which reduced lipid accumulation and improved insulin resistance.

After the supplementation of probiotics, there was a significant reduction in both fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose levels in mice, with the most pronounced effect observed in the Bifidobacterium animalis F1-7 group. In the F1-7 intervention group, fasting blood glucose decreased from 12.26 mmol/L to 7.13 mmol/L, representing a reduction rate of 41.84%. Postprandial blood glucose levels dropped from 24.68 mmol/L to 10.95 mmol/L, with a reduction rate of 47.53%, approaching normal levels.

Supplementation with Bifidobacterium animalis F1-7 and Lactobacillus plantarum YZX21 can enhance the stability of blood glucose levels in mice and inhibit abnormal increases in blood glucose.

The insulin tolerance test (ITT) indicates that the probiotic Bifidobacterium F1-7 can effectively enhance insulin sensitivity in mice. The administration of Bifidobacterium F1-7 resulted in a reduction of serum insulin levels from 38.42 mIU/L to 22.03 mIU/L, representing a decrease of 42.11%. The uHOMA-IR levels in the F1-7 intervention group decreased from 17.60 to 6.96, reflecting declines of 42.11% and 55.45%, respectively.

Bifidobacterium F1-7 improves insulin resistance and regulates blood glucose levels by increasing insulin sensitivity.

Weight loss should not be pursued hastily; it requires patience and perseverance. To effectively reduce stubborn visceral fat, one must adopt a calm approach. In addition to maintaining a healthy diet daily, engaging in moderate exercise to boost metabolic rate, controlling alcohol intake to prevent fat accumulation in the abdomen, and supplementing with probiotics to maintain gut microbiota balance are essential. Gradually adjusting daily routines to create a stable environment conducive to weight loss is crucial for overcoming the persistent challenges of visceral fat obesity.
